Jury Focus, Inc. was founded by Dr. Matt Milano to provide trial consulting services to law firms, insurance companies and corporate litigants nationwide.

In our work, we have evaluated the responses of thousands of mock jurors and actual trial jurors to cases in venues across the country. Our experience includes virtually every area of civil litigation, including personal injury, intellectual property, antitrust, employment, construction, RICO, insurance bad faith, toxic tort, product liability, professional malpractice, contract disputes, general business matters, wrongful death, employment discrimination and wrongful termination, and other areas. We have conducted jury research in virtually every state in the country in rural and urban venues.
