Shadow Juries

Evaluate your ongoing case with the use of a Shadow Jury. We recruit a group of Shadow Jurors that match the diversity of your actual jury. The Shadow Jurors sit in court each day, under the supervision of a consultant, and evaluate the trial as it is happening. Each evening they are debriefed by a trial consultant who condenses and relays the information to the trial team.

• Provide you with an ongoing opportunity to assess how your case is progressing.
• Allow you to make adjustments to your trial strategy based on jurors' reactions.
• Can be used to provide feedback on only a portion of the case. For example, Shadow Jurors may be present during opening statements and the first key witnesses. They can then be pulled from the trial and used as a focus group to gain insight into jurors' reactions to the case.
